Step 5: Party Day Logistics: On the day of your party, setup can begin 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time should you need more we do offer additional time for purchase if available(Please note the earlier you request this the more likely it will be available. We can not cater to requests under 48 hours). Your guests will then have exclusive access to our facility for the duration of the 2-hour slot. Typically, this includes 1 hour and 30 minutes of play area access, with the final 30 minutes dedicated to food, cake, and singing "Happy Birthday". This structured flow helps ensure your event runs smoothly. Our staff also assists with setup and cleanup, further contributing to a hassle-free experience for you.
Rescheduling Policy: Should your plans need to change, a $50 rescheduling fee is applicable. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the new party date must be within three months of the original booking.
