SPECIAL OFFER FOR MARCH 2024—To celebrate our new party setup, book the "Decorated Party Package" this month to get a free customized digital background. This background can include your kid's favorite theme, photo, name, and age. 

As of Jan 23, 2023, we have made the following changes:

For morning and afternoon parties, the play area is available for the first 1.5 hrs, the last 30 minutes are dedicated to singing Happy Birthday and serving food.

 

For 6:30 pm parties, the schedule can be flexible based on the children's dinner time.

We can offer themed toddlers and kids parties, such as a princess tea party, adventure, treasure hunt, pirate, and many more options. Celebrate your first birthday with us! We have a super cute high chair perfect for photos.

The seating area includes:

Indoor: 8 adult tables and 20 chairs, 2 large kids tables with 24 stools

Outdoor: 3 tables and 12 chairs

Benches and stools throughout the play area. 

While we can add more tables for children, we don't have the space for additional indoor seating for adults. Most guests socialize with other guests or their children around the play area, not sitting by the tables. 

How our parties work

The Party setup starts 20 minutes before the scheduled time.

You and your guests will have exclusive access to our facility for the 2 hours slot, with access to the play area during the first 1 hour and 30 minutes. After that, sing happy birthday and serve food for the kids.   Our open concept promotes a perfect environment for interaction between adults and children. 

You are welcome to bring food, non-alcoholic drinks, desserts, and decoration items with some restrictions. We have a large-size counter for you to display the food, and a dessert table with a white shiplap background, already with hooks for easy hanging decoration items.

Kids will play in our small fairy tale town, activities include pretending play, engineering, interactive floor, and others. Ideal ages are between 1 to 8-year-old, but all ages are welcome to play. We frequently see older kids actively playing and engaging in our facility, so you might want to consider the older kids in your total guest count. 

We will sing happy birthday and serve food for kids 30 minutes before the party ends, after that, goodie bags can be passed out. 

Cancelation Policy

All party deposits are non-refundable.

We have a $50 rescheduling fee if you need to change your party date. 

Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the new date must be within the next three months of the original date. 

Q&A:

Can the guests eat and drink before the allocated time? 

Yes, the food can be displayed and served at any time during the party, but for morning and afternoon parties, the last 30 minutes are dedicated just to cake and food. Any change to this schedule will need to be requested upfront. Evening parties have flexible times for food and cake. 

Do you have a fridge?

Our fridge is not available for guests, but we have a freezer available. 

Usually, most parents bring a cooler for their beverages.

Can I bring Ice cream cake?

Yes. max size to fit in the freezer is 14 in x 12 in  - 5 in high

What is the socks policy during parties?

We will ask the kids to wear non-slip socks in the play area, adults don't need to take their shoes off in the seating/eating area, but if they decide to go to the play area, they can either take shoes off or use a provided shoe cover.

How much is the party deposit?

The non-refundable deposit is $100 this will count towards the total of your event. Party deposits are meant to hold your date, so we don't offer this service to anyone else.

When do I pay the remaining balance of my party?

The balance can be paid on the day of your event, or we can send an invoice if you prefer to pay earlier. 

Note that all party reservations and services will incur sales taxes.

How much time do I have to set up?

20 minutes. During this time, the play area is closed. We also might have extra staff cleaning up from the previous event or have other customers touring our facility.

What does a private party mean?

Once your party starts, no one is allowed in our venue other than your guests and our staff.

Can I bring additional chairs and tables? 

Only for our outdoor seating area, no additional chairs or tables can be brought inside our facility. 

The only exception is for a vendor you hired to do an activity. In this case, we ask the vendor to keep the table as small as possible.
