Service Description

Embark on a one-hour guided adventure specially planned for the little ones, featuring extra playtime! Mrs. Le leads a session filled with crafts, experiments, games, music, and more wonders. Kids can arrive before class starts or stay until 6 pm closing time, enjoying the play area. Each class is carefully planned with plenty of love, so to ensure we're well-prepared for the activities, parents are kindly requested to reserve a spot no later than the Sunday preceding the class. Let the fun and learning begin!

Cancellation Policy

Play Sessions: To cancel or reschedule, provide a 24-hour notice via email before the session starts. The Open Play pass package is valid for 6 months and can only be extended if requested by email before the passes expire. Parties: All party deposits are non-refundable. We have a $50 rescheduling fee if you need to change your party date.  Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the new date must be within the next three months of the original date.  Classes: To cancel or reschedule, provide a 24-hour notice via email before the class starts. Classes are nonrefundable, and if canceled, you will receive a makeup pass that has to be used within 3 months. Classes must be booked by the Sunday before the event, as we cannot guarantee supplies for walk-ins. Class packages are valid for 3 months from purchase and cannot be extended. Events: To cancel, provide a 24-hour notice via email before the event starts.
