Service Description

Join us for a fun party with a special guest! a special Princess will stop by for 1 hour. This is a 2-hour play session that includes dancing, singing, makeup, crafts, drinks, and snacks for the kids. Space is limited for this event so the kids can have plenty of time with the princess. 2 free adults per family. - Additional adults - $5/each

Cancellation Policy

Play Sessions: To cancel or reschedule, provide a 24-hour notice via email before the session starts. The Open Play pass package is valid for 6 months and can only be extended if requested by email before the passes expire. Parties: All party deposits are non-refundable. We have a $50 rescheduling fee if you need to change your party date.  Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the new date must be within the next three months of the original date.  Classes: To cancel or reschedule, provide a 24-hour notice via email before the class starts. Classes are nonrefundable, and if canceled, you will receive a makeup pass that has to be used within 3 months. Classes must be booked by the Sunday before the event, as we cannot guarantee supplies for walk-ins. Class packages are valid for 3 months from purchase and cannot be extended.
