Service Description

Children with special needs are welcome at any open play session. This is a special meetup session held monthly to help families connect, socialize, and, most importantly - PLAY. Some families bring their child's therapists to this Open Play session—we don't charge admission for adults. Bring your drinks and a small non-messy snack. Socks are required for parents and child(ren). IMPORTANT - Each ticket is for admission of one child, adults are free. Email SnailMail@fsaft.com if you would like to book using your Value Pass.

Cancellation Policy

Play Sessions: To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us at least 24 hours in advance. Parties: All party deposits are non-refundable. We have a $50 rescheduling fee if you need to change your party date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the new date must be within the next three months of the original date. Events or Classes: To cancel or request a refund, provide a 24-hour notice via email before the class starts. Classes must be booked by the Monday before the event, as we cannot accommodate walk-ins. Class packages are valid for 3 months from purchase and cannot be extended.
