Play Sessions - To cancel, or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Parties - Deposits are not refundable, to reschedule contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
We are a small business that counts on our services reservations to pay for our expenses. When you cancel a service without notice, we miss the opportunity to offer this service to another customer. We are being flexible with rescheduling due to COVID, but we ask for your cooperation so we can keep our business open.
