Service Description

Enjoy private access to the full facility and celebrate with your closest friends and family. This package includes the following: 2 Hours of private event + 20 minutes for setup Up to 15 Kids + 30 Adults Party Host A beautiful party setup: * White shiplap background with light curtain and a happy birthday sign * Farmhouse design cake table with one white cake stand A decoration theme and balloons can be added. Ask about our party guide to learn more about prices and options. Additional Kid + 1 Adult - $10.99 each ( Limit to 10 additional kids and adults) All bookings and services provided will incur taxes. While we don't have restrictions on what food and non-alcoholic beverages to bring, please note the following: * We charge a $50 cleaning fee for parties that serve a full meal,  pasta, mac & cheese, noodles, or rice dishes. Note that we don't have seating for all guests, as most parents socialize with other guests around the play area. * There is no cleaning fee for finger food items such as pizza, nuggets,  sandwiches, fruit trays, veggie trays, dips, chips, appetizers, pastries, cake, cupcakes,  cookies, donuts, cake pop, ice cream, and snacks in general.

Cancellation Policy

Play Sessions: To cancel or reschedule, provide a 24-hour notice via email before the session starts. The Open Play pass package is valid for 6 months and can only be extended if requested by email before the passes expire. Parties: All party deposits are non-refundable. We have a $50 rescheduling fee if you need to change your party date.  Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the new date must be within the next three months of the original date.  Classes: To cancel or reschedule, provide a 24-hour notice via email before the class starts. Classes are nonrefundable, and if canceled, you will receive a makeup pass that has to be used within 3 months. Classes must be booked by the Sunday before the event, as we cannot guarantee supplies for walk-ins. Class packages are valid for 3 months from purchase and cannot be extended. Events: To cancel, provide a 24-hour notice via email before the event starts.
